MAP Graduation 2013

 

Today, 29 July 2013 marks an important milestone for our new Advisors who attended our 2nd to 5th Season of our MAP Training Class. Started in 2011, MAP Training program is collaboration between SP-Win & SP/Strategic Alliance to help our new Advisors develop selling confidence during their initial career phase. Today we are gathered together to celebrate their successful completion of the program.

 

After a hearty meal, we began the evening with a screening of a heart-wrenching inspirational video - 2006’s MDRT’s speech by Karla Ashton. It was an excellent reminder of the true meaning of our career as an Advisor and how we can positively impact people’s lives.

 

Then it was the highlight of the night, the presentation of MAP certificates to our graduands. As they accepted their certificates, we could see their thankfulness, excitement and relief to have completed the training journey!

 

Up next was the prize presentation of our “Best Presenter Award” for each batch. Our winners were tasked to demonstrate their well-trained presentation skills to the audience. It was something they have all internalized and professionalized through countless times of role plays. Nonetheless, we believe that they will strive to continuously improve on their techniques to completely naturalize them!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Not forgetting the appreciation segment where our Trainee, Kwang Joo shared on how he benefitted from our training program. He ended off his speech with a memorable quote : "Ask yourself, are you a good person? If you are, go out there and get rich, because the wealth of the world must be in the hands of good people!"                             

Then it was Recognition Time! Our Director presented a specially engraved Mont Blanc pen to Kevin Goh, winner of our prestigious Mont Blanc challenge. Kevin also topped the cohort by being our Top Producer in our Eagles 300. Congratulations Kevin!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the final segment, all the graduands had the privilege of learning from our Top MAP FSC, Kevin who shared his sales idea and success tips. Kevin shred with great enthusiasm and demonstrated his love for our career. Through his short speech, not only did he motivate his peers, it also reaffirmed his mentors that their efforts were all worth it!
